I recently had to find a new dental office after my previous dentist of 20 years retired, and I’m so glad I found Advanced Dental in Aliso Viejo!
From the moment I walked in, the experience was welcoming and professional. Dr. Chitra is absolutely wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Laila at the front desk went above and beyond to get me in quickly and helped me find a payment plan that worked for me, which I really appreciated.
The dental assistants, Laila and Carla, were both fantastic—so friendly and attentive, and they made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
The entire team has such a positive, youthful energy, and it truly feels like a place I can call home for the next 20 years. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chitra was awesome and always a pleasure to speak with. She makes a point to treat you like a friend rather than a nameless patient which I really value. She does a great job with analyzing an executing your needs. My Invisalign and composite bonding process went extremely smoothly and the team is always quick to respond and contacting them is made easy via text. I would highly recommend!

Hi, I recently started my invisible aligner treatment with Dr. Chitra and also had cavity cleaning done, and I’ve had a very good experience so far. Dr. Chitra and the entire staff are friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the process. Every time I come in the this office, I’m welcomed in with so many genuine and smiling faces! Dr. Chitra is such a boss dentist, she’s personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating! She helped with fillings, a chipped tooth, and invisalign process and has made the dentist experience so much more at ease and comfortable! Feels like hanging out with friends :) thank you all staff at Advanced Dental and thank you Dr. Chitra 🤩
