Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
We stopped by Blaze Pizza at San Clemente Outlets during a weekend getaway to Orange County, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! From the moment we arrived, everything felt right — ample parking, a convenient location, and a welcoming, casual ambience with plenty of seating and good music. The staff was very nice and polite, taking time to explain the menu and helping us customize our pizzas just the way we wanted. We ordered two build-your-own pizzas — one with white sauce and one with red sauce, along with a side of garlic bread. The food came out hot, fresh, and perfectly baked, with great flavor in every bite. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients and the balance of sauces and toppings. Overall, Blaze Pizza delivered a fantastic experience — great food, friendly service, clean surroundings, and a comfortable atmosphere that made the visit even better. It’s a perfect stop for anyone visiting the outlets or just passing through Orange County. Must-try: Build-Your-Own Pizzas & Garlic Bread 🍕🧄
Lunch special half pizza and drink for $7.99. The bbq blaze with arugula and hot honey drizzle does present well and tastes gourmet. Blood orange lemonade pairs well. This is a good deal, especially compared to a $12.39 Big Mac meal. Service was quick and atmosphere is a modern industrial vibe with 80s on the speakers is a bonus.
I had a great experience here. The pizza tastes really good and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. I like that you can choose exactly what toppings you want, so everyone can make their pizza the way they like it. The service was also very good. The staff were friendly and the order was prepared quickly. The pizza came out hot and fresh, which made it even better. The atmosphere of the place is nice and comfortable, and it feels like a good spot to relax and enjoy your food. Another thing I liked is that there are plenty of parking spots available, which makes it easy to stop by without worrying about parking. Overall, I really enjoyed my pizza and the experience here. I would definitely come back again. If you like fresh pizza with good flavor and friendly service, this place is worth trying. 🍕
Since it was a weekday, the place was quiet & understandable. We were greeted by a young man who kindly helped us build our own pizza. He was really friendly and made sure to follow exactly what we wanted when choosing the toppings. After about a 5–10 minute wait, our food was ready. The pizzas were tasty! Just a quick note, the crust was slightly thin and a bit burnt on the edges, but not as bad as what I’ve read in other reviews. Maybe they’ve improved on that. The garlic bread was a standout.. so good that my brother didn’t let anyone else touch it! That says a lot. The restaurant was clean and had pop music playing in the background, which added a nice vibe. I’d definitely come back to try different toppings next time.
11/23 closing shift ruined this place for me. I’m not sure why I came back after seeing dead roaches in the lobby. But I did. For some reason only incompetent kids get hired here and it shows in the food. I ask for drizzle—attitude. Ask for a side of ranch like anyone would—attitude. In the beginning I asked for well done—dough with burnt crust and more attitude. They even left a piece of cardboard in my pizza.
