I am a fan of the green strips pizza and it was delicious. The person who took my order didn't seem too happy to be there. No smiles and no offers of any side items or desserts. The atmosphere was really kinda bland. Needed some music to liven the place up.
I've had great experiences and poor experiences coming to this restaurant. For instance the first time I ate here was flawless. Quick and efficient service and the food was perfect. Other times it takes 5 minutes of waiting before anyone begins to take my order despite there being no one else in line. In both instances the food was good but the service is inconsistent.
We absolutely love coming here. The kitchen is open, so you can see everything being prepared. The ingredients are fresh, and it's great when the kids can pick their ingredients by sight. As a grandmother, I love that it's always clean, and when they are not preparing food, they are cleaning. BTW - I'm a tea drinker - the teas are always fresh brewed and unlike most pizza restaurants it doesn't taste like a dirty tea pot.
I recently visited Blaze Pizza at the San Clemente outlet in California and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. While I understand that everyone has their off days, I felt compelled to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my visit. Upon entering the store, I greeted a girl “Marisa/Marissa” with a friendly "hello," but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Additionally, I noticed a sense of aggression in her demeanor, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. As someone who values good customer service, this interaction left me feeling quite disappointed. I believe that providing excellent customer service is essential in creating a positive dining experience for patrons, and unfortunately, my encounter with her fell short of this expectation. I hope that in the future, she can strive to be more welcoming and friendly to all customers who visit the establishment.
I have submitted a response directly to Blaze Pizza about my concerns. To sum it up, their work station was completely unsat. If you know you are going to be making pizza in front of the customer there should be some sense of pride in your workstation. If you are taking the time to refill items such as pepperoni then maybe also take the time to wipe up a bit and remove the toppings that flew out on top of the counter.
