Good Choice Sushi is my favorite local sushi spot! Monday and Tuesday nights are my favorite days to come because they have a delicious and affordable all-you-can-eat option which is a great value. So good! Also, the service here is excellent. Everyone who works here is always in a great mood, which really adds to the good vibes. And there's a little sushi boat waterway at the bar, which kids especially love. Food, service and atmosphere are all 10/10. This place has really stood the test of time. If you haven't tried it yet definitely stop by. Hope to see you there!
After sampling sushi all over the area, this is hands down the best, plus it has an ocean view. The quality of the ingredients is mind-blowing. I have no idea how they source seafood this good. Managed and staffed by a Japanese team, there is no doubt the chefs are true artists.
I've been coming here for years and I always leave happy. It may not be the best sushi I've ever had but I firmly believe the crunchy roll here is better than anywhere else I've ever been. The hula roll was good though I've had better poke. I also come here for the orange roll because I could eat a bowl of salmon roe myself. The guy behind the sushi bar was very attentive and super nice. I love the Hawaiian theme and little sushi boats that are actually boats.
Super bummed. After all the great reviews I decided to try Good Choice Sushi. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I ordered 2 rolls in the afternoon. First they didn't answer the phone. Then, when they did answer, I was told it would be 35-45 minutes for the rolls to be ready. When I arrived the rolls were still not prepared. There were no customers in the restaurant so the only reason I can think of for the delay would be the staff showed up late and were unprepared to prepare food by the time they opened. I ordered a crunchy roll and a happy specialty roll.. The Happy specialty roll was definitely not all that fresh. It had a fishy flavor to it. One bite and I was over it. Do I moved to the crunch roll. After biting into the first piece I realized the shrimp was not cooked through. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to having a sushi restaurant across the street from my house.
Absolutely love this place. Honestly i’m really confused about the bad reviews. The sushi and poke bowls here are hands down some of the best I’ve had. You can tell everything is fresh and beautifully made every time, the staff is always kind and welcoming, and the quality is just consistently amazing. This spot has been one of my go to favorites since moving here a few years ago, and I’m genuinely so grateful for it. Thank you for making incredible food and maintaining a great atmosphere. They’ve also done catering for us before, and it was just as perfect, beautiful presentation, generous portions, and everyone loved it. 💛🍣🥢
