We went Ted's Place this morning for the first time and it was wonderful. Fast, friendly service. Not yo mention the salsa was delicious! Breakfast burrito 10/10.
This is my favorite breakfast place first of all because is very close to my home and second because I'm a diabetic person I don't eat potatoes and they offer steamed spinach instead of potatoes which not a lot of restaurants have anymore. The only thing I'm disappointed is that they charged you for salsa 😕 which it should be complementary come on!! is like charging for salt 🧂 and pepper 😂
We visited this diner on Sunday, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The food itself was fine—actually pretty good—but the service completely ruined it. Our meals took forever to arrive and came out in random sections, so some of us were eating while others were still waiting. The staff kept forgetting things, and my kids didn’t even get their drinks until the end of the meal. To top it off, my coffee was handed to me as I was walking out the door—way too late to even enjoy it. For how slow and disorganized the service was, the prices were surprisingly high. It’s such a bummer because the food had potential, but the whole experience was frustrating. I definitely won’t be going back.
This used to be my favorite place but has gone downhill in customer service and food quality. Maybe it was just a bad day but the avocado toast was so salty I couldn’t eat it and hamburger my wife ordered was dry and thanks to ketchup the only way we could get it down. We stood at the counter to order for 15 minutes and they didn’t seem to care or say it would be a Wait since the girl was on the phone taking an order and I don’t think the other six workers knew how to use the order system or communicate why no one could take our order. If the owner is reading this I suggest he spend some time there and observe the current service level before he loses more business.
super disappointed. my husband liked the pastrami burger but the fries had no salt what. so ever super bland. My cheese burger same thing no flavor. but I'm guessing it's because of the massive amount of wet lettuce they put in it which made it super watery. The pickles were so thick I took them off. there was way too many. the cheese was so thin you couldn't even tell it had any on it. the burger patty was thin and the bread was burnt on the inside. To top it off 2 burgers and 1 fry was $32 🤦🏼♀️ safe to say I won't be back because I can get a cheaper better tasting burger right on the beach.
